Ways of delivery

Product delivery information.

Delivery of products is usually made within three to six working days through a courier company in areas within mainland Greece for orders placed until 15.00. For areas belonging to the island of Greece the delivery time is usually 1 day more. For areas not covered from the courier companies the delivery is made through ELTA ..

Shipping costs with ELTA Courier will be € 3.00 up to 2 kg. For each additional kilo the charge is +1.00 €. Costs may exceed this amount due to the volume of products or in case your area is inaccessible by courier companies.

ATTENTION !: In some remote areas courier delivery is still not possible. In such cases the shipment is made by mail.

For the heavy items that you want us to send you, it is advantageous to send them with a transport agency. The charge in this case is 5 - 15 € for each package depending on the agency and the volume of the package while unfortunately the cash on delivery is not accepted. The amount of the order must be deposited in our bank account in one of the contracted banks
